Grilled shrimp skewers

Smoky Grilled Skewers

Ten minutes over hot coals, brushed with butter and paprika.

Get the recipe
  1. Thread shrimp on skewers and brush with melted butter, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side over high heat until just opaque.
  3. Finish with lemon and chopped parsley straight off the grill.

Cast Iron Cajun Boil

One skillet, corn, potatoes, and a pile of cajun shrimp.

  1. Simmer halved baby potatoes and corn rounds in salted water until tender, then drain.
  2. Sear the potatoes and corn in a buttered cast iron skillet with cajun seasoning.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 4 minutes, tossing until pink. Serve in the skillet.

Garlic Butter Shrimp Rolls

Toasted split top buns, warm garlic butter, cold slaw.

  1. Saute garlic herb shrimp in butter for 3 minutes and chop roughly.
  2. Toss with a spoonful of mayo, celery, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Pile into toasted, buttered split top buns and top with crisp slaw.
